When Rayman and Globox arrived in the desert, they faced Hoodlums. The Teensies told them that the only way to travel the desert is through the tunnel. However, the tunnels are swarming with Knaaren. Rayman visited many places, including a hall with a statue of Leptys. Once he had come a long way up the hill, the maze and the room with the liquid, the floor suddenly collapsed. Two Knaaren jumped out at once, but Reflux chased them away, challenging the hero to a duel. Rayman managed to knock down Knaaren, all the Knaaren worshiped him, and King Gumsi gave Rayman a piece of Leptys's power to turn Hoodlums into Lumsi. When he had traveled the last part of the desert, he reached the doctor Anna Lyse, who, along with Otto and Romeo, drove Andre from the brain of Globox, who re-gathered the army of Hoodlums and formed a coalition with the fallen and expelled Reflux. Will Rayman (and Globox?) defeat Andre and Reflux?
