An investigator-initiated (Dr. Jeremy Harris) UCI trial that I failed to mention and hopefully you can include link to is: NCT05488366 “Immunotherapy Combined With Radiotherapy for Metastatic Sarcoma”. It offers stereotactic radiosurgery with PEMBROLIZUMAB for recurrent or metastatic soft-tissue sarcoma that is not eligible for curative surgery.
