Welcome back, in today's video I am going to show you and an way to juice beetroot in your blender.
Juicing beetroot in a blender is easy!
1. Wash and peel the beetroot thoroughly
2. Cut the beetroot into small chunks to make it easier for the blender to process.
3. Add the beetroot chunks to the blender.
4. Add a little bit of water or juice to help with blending, especially if your blender is not very powerful with a medium speed.
5. Blend until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender jar occasionally to ensure everything gets blended evenly depending on the blender you are using.
6. Once the beetroot is fully blended, you can strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth , or nut milk bag to remove any pulp, if desired.
7. Serve the fresh beetroot juice immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later consumption. Enjoy your nutritious homemade juice!
