I figured out that the beat is essentially an intro + an 8 bar loop.
I searched through the track for any moments where there were no words and compiled them to form the whole beat. I couldn't get the parts where the bassline drops out because there simply isn't enough material to work with and form the beat. The only way would be to try and remake the beat as others have tried, but remakes never quite sound right.
There are some hiccups in the music (0:26) where I've stitched bits together but otherwise this matches the original beat. I tried to smooth things out as much as possible and there are still some remnants of words, but there's nothing more I can do. I spent 4 days getting this far. I asked the original producer for the beat but he isn't responding to me so far. People have been asking for the instrumentals to Diplomatic Immunity for years now with no luck. This track didn't even get a vinyl release with the instrumental on it like some of the other tracks on the album, I checked Discogs.
