Fender Stratocaster sounds like a Telecaster - BLENDER mod

Описание: Do I really need to bring my Tele to my jigs? I'm not really sure since I made a Blender mod* to my Strat in order to get the typical Tele sounds of both pickups in parallel (Bridge+Neck).

No new components needed, no push-pull, just a clever re-soldering and now the guitar is wired with Master Volume, Master Tone and Blender Pot :-)

*I did my own version of the mod, so that it includes the 50s mod and it only affects the selector when it's on the bridge pickup (pos.1) and in the bridge+middle pickups (pos.2). The standard blender mod works also in positions 4 and 5 but I found them not useful because they sounds almost the same and I preferred to keep the standard wiring in order to being able to quickly go back to Neck and Neck+Middle tones. To summarize, with the blender active, this is what I get from pos.5 to 1: Neck, Neck+Middle, Middle, All 3 pickups together, Bridge and Neck.
