On Friday September 26, 2025, Christopher Woodruff (Oxford), Eghosa Omoigui (EchoVC Partners), Denis Medvedev (IFC), and Paul Gompers (HBS) participated in a panel discussion at the Chicago Booth Conference on Finance and Development. The topics included high-growth entrepreneurship in developing countries; how innovative financing models play a role in development; challenges to financing large firms in developing countries; and venture capital and private equity.
