As there is no stage select I'm counting the Audio Diaries from 1 to 122 (& Weapon Upgrades) over the whole playlist, this way you can see if you've missed one right away.
You must take as many pictures as you can, it is the only way to get certain Tonics.
Visit the Gatherers Garden often to buy Plasmids.
Kill every Big Daddy you find & rescue the Little Sister. (Dealt with every Little Sister/Little Sister Savior Trophy Achievements)
