Diansheng so graciously let me test out their new 12x12 magnetic cube and I have to say I am pleased with it! This cube I think the magnets it comes with are near perfect for it so changing the magnets never crossed my mind. My first solve with it ending up being an 18:10. Not surprising with any new cube that I am little slower, but part of it was due to the cube being a little lubey and it getting on my fingers. The other excuse would be me not doing any big cubes for over three months. My second attempt I had a pop. Keep in mind that the pops I had with this cube were often two piece pops (with the centers on the second layer as per usual with these big cubes). My third solve came out to 16:38 as you will see at the end of the video. And I am sorry for the timer not being in the solve basically the entire time. I forgot I have to have the laptop at my side when solving. But more importantly, this cube is really great. Nothing I can really complain about too much at all with it. Plus not having to magnetize is nice.
The cube measures 86mm across.
