It feels weird to be back after such a long time 🥹 So much has happened and I can't wait to share it all with you! But first things first 🤭 Today's video is a bit different. I filmed it during a weird period of time, when my trip to Korea was approaching and I was feeling all the feelings. I had to constantly remind myself that I'm okay and I'm doing good. That time really showed me that being happy is a choice that we can make everyday and gratitude for what we already have helps a lot with staying grounded and present. I'm still in the process of learning how to be happy and grateful, so I can't tell you a secret ingredient that makes it all easier, because I'm not sure if there is one. All I can say is that I'm here and I'll keep showing up and updating you on how it's going ❤️‍🩹
