Описание: A grooming gang ringleader convicted of raping and abusing young girls has been released after serving 14 years in prison. Although stripped of his British citizenship, he cannot currently be deported to Pakistan because of existing law.

The prime minister has asked the home secretary to review the case, while politicians and victims are calling for legal changes to allow his removal.
