Isa ang Pork Hamonado Roll sa mga putahe na hindi nawawala tuwing sasapit ang Pasko at Bagong Taon. Try it and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 4 pcs hamonado rolls
2 kg pork shoulder or pork butt ( pigue ), sliced hamonado style
salt and ground black pepper
3 cups pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar, adjust according to your preference
lea and perrins worcestershire sauce, a few drops
1 tsp salt
FOR THE FILLING:
4 pcs hotdogs
5 pcs cheese sticks
1 large carrots, cut into 4 pcs sticks
cooking twine, for tying the hamonado rolls
cooking oil
1 can ( 140g ) pineapple tidbits, including the juice
1/4 cup shredded cheese
water if needed
