Alex Quicho: Aura Points

Alex Quicho is a theorist and research director in London.

Alex has presented works internationally, including at Transmediale, Creamcake, Frac île-de-france, Espace Niemeyer, Soft Power, and Somerset House.

Her writing appears in Wired, Dazed, The White Review, The New Inquiry, Real Life, Flash Art, C, Cura, Bookforum, Art Review, Vogue, Vice, Adult, and elsewhere.

Weakling, a novel on hot girls as adversarial infrastructure, is in development. She is the author of Small Gods.

Alex lectures at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion. She is a research fellow at the Weibel Institute for Digital Cultures at Die Angewandte and in leadership of SYM, a think-tank for political narrative in the post-platform age.

Previous institutional collaborations include Singapore Art Museum, Power Station of Art, Julia Stoschek Collection, Rennie Museum, and Nationalgalerie.
