• 1 isolation — lat pullover to finish the lats properly
Biceps Training:
• 1 compound movement for overall arm mass
• 1 isolation — preacher curls for peak and control
Forearms (often ignored, but crucial):
• Cable wrist curls — best forearm exercise (personal opinion)
• Reverse wrist curls for balance and strength
Along with training, I share my entire day of meals — realistic food choices that support performance and recovery.
