I had the honour of playing this Rav Vast G Pygmy for the first time during PanKind. One of the participants had brought it with them and I asked them if I could borrow it and play it in the woods for a while.
The 432 Hz really shines on this instrument. The long droning notes and the calming tone was so perfect in the light of the setting sun. I felt grounded, at peace and at home during this performance.
I hope this improvisations brings you peace, calm and grounding like it did me. I think it would be perfect for listening to when you fall asleep.
Just when I think I have enough handpans in my life, I think a Rav Vast would be a nice addition too...
