Anyone new to sales will never feel 100% comfortable until they gain confidence in what they are selling and how they should sell it. It's 100% natural to feel nervous, you don't need to run from that regardless of what the world has told you before. The more times that you do something, the more confidence you'll gain and the more natural it will feel.

You just have to start.

If you aren't OK talking with strangers
If you aren't OK with being rejected on a daily basis
If you aren't OK with failure, to begin with
If you aren't OK with pressure to produce results

Then you might want to re-think your career path.
