Available at "Alpha Knife Suppy" this is a Swedish Carbon Steel with a similar chemistry to Japanese Shirogami 1 or "white paper 1" but with a pinch of Chromium to help with the quenching speed.
Hence the name "Spicy" white coined by Devin Thomas
Very fine structured steel and very strong for what it is. Not going to be more wear resistant than PM steels or more tough than lower carbon steels, but great for edge fanatics and kitchen guys.
