How we typically think of health (aka weight loss)
Think of the body you want and then do the things you think you need to do to get it:
Not eating enough
Being hungry
Restricting food
Cutting out certain foods
Adding more food rules
Working out based on calories burned
This leads to an unsustainable, disordered and very unhealthy relationship with food and your body.
Heres where the LifestyleFlip Method comes in:

Instead of thinking of how you want your bdoy to look and then doing the things you need to do to get that to happen flip it:
What LIFESTYLE DO YOU WANT, and I mean want not think you should have: and allow that to give you the body it gives you.
This allows you to focus on the things that are important to you and to not focus on weight loss:
This might mean:
not having to be hungry
-eating a wide variety of food including veggies and pizza and smoothies and cookies
feeling good in your body
exercising/ moving your body
enjoying the activities you do and the foods you eat
THEN allowing your body to what it will with the lifestyle you want to lead.
THIS builds a sustainable and enjoyable life where you aren’t waiting on physical results, you just get to LIVE!
And yes – caring about your health and wellness is absolutely a part of intuitive eating, we just need to think of it in a different way than we did when dieting.
