Singapore MacRitchie Reservoir Nature Blue Trail 10KM | TreeTop Walk Hiking Trail

Описание: MacRitchie Reservoir is Singapore's oldest reservoir. The reservoir was completed in 1868 by impounding water from an earth embankment, and was then known as the Impounding Reservoir or Thomson Reservoir.

A round trip including the TreeTop Walk is about 7 km to 10 km (3-5 hrs depending on your walking pace).

To get immersed in what MacRitchie has to offer, try hiking a loop around MacRitchie Reservoir. The trek will cover a distance of around 11 km which will take you around 3 to 4 hours, depending on how fast you walk.

Located adjacent to the nature reserves, MacRitchie Reservoir is Singapore's oldest reservoir and can be seen as the gateway to nature. Today, the reservoir remains popular for a host of leisure and sporting activities like walking, jogging, taichi, cross country, canoeing and kayaking.
