For my part I created all the historical 3d content and worked closely with my good friend Grigor Todorov who served as lead developer for the experience.
I’ve always wanted to see just how detailed these objects could look when rendered on a large GPU so I made a short film showing some of the objects in Unreal Engine 5.
I’m really proud to have been a part of this and can’t thank everyone at Picture this Productions enough for the opportunity and collaboration, as well as the incredibly helpful staff at the museum who gave us unprecedented access to these pieces of history allowing us to produce highly detailed reproductions of each item sometimes up to 8k in resolution.
