PATRON SAINT OF Guidance and Security

DAY 1
O most faithful executor of the orders of God, most holy angel, my protector who, from the first moment of my life, constantly and solicitously watches over my soul and my body, I greet you and thank you together with everything the choir of angels to whom divine goodness entrusted the custody of men.

I beg you to double your concern, to preserve me from the falls in this skin of mine, so that my soul always remains pure and clean as it has become, with your help, as a result of holy baptism.

Angel of God, who are my custodian, illuminate, guard, rule and govern me, who was entrusted to you by heavenly Piety. Amen.

Recite the Angel of God...

Pray for us, blessed angel of God. Because we become worthy of Christ's promises.

LET US PRAY
O God, who in your ineffable providence wanted to send your holy angels to be our custodians, show yourselves generously to those who implore you, always place them under their protection and make us enjoy their eternal companionship. For Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Recite the Litany to the Guardian Angels

Our Father…

Bless the Lord, all His Angels, you mighty ones who do His Will.
He has sent His Angels before you, to guard you on all your ways.
My God, in the presence of the Angels, I will bless You.
I want to adore You and praise Your holy Name.
Lord, hear my prayer. And let my cry come unto You.

LET US PRAY.
Almighty, Eternal God, in Your ineffable goodness You have assigned a special Angel to all men, from the womb onwards, as a protection for body and soul. Graciously grant that I may follow my holy Angel so faithfully and love him so dearly, that through Your grace and under his protection I may one day reach the heavenly Father’s House and may merit to behold Your Divine Countenance together with him and all the holy Angels. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
