The core package is likely Lightning Rush, Trifarian Captain, Nocturne, and Rhasa, which already fills nearly two thirds of the deck. From there, I go over how to complement those core pieces with supporting cards that help the core gameplan and have good synergy with the legend.

Kennen gives us a lot of ways to filter and sift through our deck, so that toolbox style lets us run different kinds of spells, even at minimal copies, and still aim for a high win rate regardless of the matchup. I also cover why Trifarian Captain from Set 5 Radiance makes Nocturne highly likely to return to the meta. It effectively takes over from the now banned Stacked Deck for finding Nocturnes, though it only draws Units and Gear. That likely means Lightning Rush gets saved more often to fish for key spells, since Trifarian Captain can't do that. This is all theory ahead of the Radiance release on October 23, so treat it as my current read, not a final list.
