I always tell my wedding couples, and I repeat this for every couple, when choosing your perfect wedding photographer, don’t just look at staged photos or highlights. What really matters is whether they can deliver the same high-quality, consistent photos throughout the entire day. Always ask to see a full-day gallery to make sure their work is consistent from start to finish. That’s the true test of a great wedding photographer.
And be very careful with photographers who rely mainly on styled shoots where everything is pre-planned, set up for them, and sometimes shot during workshops or training. Pressing the button in a perfect, controlled setup doesn’t show their real skill. Styled shoots are beautiful, but they don’t reflect the talent or consistency you need for a real wedding day.
