What to do before you submit your entry:

Make sure you have the latest game update of Solitaire (version 3.11 or later).
Sign in to Solitaire using your Microsoft Account.
Complete all challenges in the Windows 10 – 1st Anniversary Star Club collection.
Take a photo or screenshot of the collection screen showing all packs complete. Here is an example (click to enlarge):
