When i was looking at the blogging marathon themes Palm Jaggery Halwa / Karupatti Halwa is the first thing that came to my mind. This is one of the desserts that my little girl enjoys eating. It just slips into your throat. Cant stop eating and wanting more of it. The exquisite sweetness of the Palm jaggery with the velvety smooth and soft texture of the halwa is simply awesome. Good quality ghee is very important to give halwa its character and that traditional and ancient appeal.
Ingredients:
1. Palm jaggery - 1 cup
2. Wheat flour - 1 cup
3. Ghee - ½ cup
4. Cashews - 10 to 15
