Scope and Content: Reel 1, German prisoners unload truck motors and Dodge autos from freighters. Trucks are assembled; barges are loaded with food. Gen. Coulter supervises operations. Vehicles move to a motor transport base. Coulter and Amb. Whitlock review the 130th F.A. Regt. Reel 2 shows dock facilities at Calais, on the Seine River, and at Cherbourg. Shows the British hospital at Rouen. Orthopedists at the Dannes Camiers hospital show how to splint limbs. Patients are wheeled to the operating room at Le Trepart. Shows a hospital at Etretat converted from a cassino.
