My camera shut off 29:16 into the ride. I turned it back on when we started the stretch along the water south of the Tappan Zee to get to Piermont. Somebody spit on me by mistake/negligence on this stretch :/.
I got dropped from the front group right at the turn into 9w after the steep climb on Rockland Rd. Had i known that the separation point was the Rockland hill, I think I would have pushed harder up the hill to have better positioning going onto 9w - but I was also trying not to do too much on the day and potentially jeopardize my training regimen. Such is life.
I got spat on (not intentionally, but not without negligence) at 34:53
