Operations Have Started at the CANTOMA Aggregate Production Plant

Описание: We are pleased to share some exciting news about MEKA. The new aggregate production plant we built for Cantoma Madencilik A.Ş. in Gaziantep has started operations!

With a production capacity of 1,000 tons per hour, this facility is the region's most powerful player, single-handedly meeting 70% of Gaziantep's aggregate needs. Equipped with MEKA's innovative facility automation software, efficient crushers, and high-capacity horizontal screens, this state-of-the-art facility ships approximately 800 truckloads of material daily.

MEKA R&D Engineers designed the facility by evaluating all production parameters and recommended the establishment of a plant with three crushing stages. In the primary crushing stage, a primary impact crusher was selected to reduce the fed material to the maximum extent possible; in the second and third stages, horizontal shaft impact crushers were chosen to improve the final product. To achieve better material separation, including smaller sizes, it was recommended to incorporate horizontal screens into the process line. The traditional three-stage flow diagram ensures high-quality aggregate production, optimizes the shape of the final products, and increases the production capacity of the most in-demand products.
The use of a palletized and wobbler feeder in the primary feed ensured smooth feeding of clayey and sticky material from the quarry and the separation of bypass material. The plant's efficiency was ensured by the superior MEKA automation software.

The plant flow diagram and on-site application were carried out through technical collaboration between CANTOMA and MEKA. All parties involved in the project expressed satisfaction with the seamless collaboration and the performance of the new plant.
