DiMarzio IGNO (DP285) pickups doing E Standard Thrash

Описание: I absolutely adore this pickup, but most demos I've seen of it is either Math Rock or downtuned metal.

So I thought I'd record a quick clip of it doing classic thrash metal

Pros:
-It's really thick in the low mids. If you're the sole guitarist, you will fill up the sonic space very well, and the bassist would still be audible

-It has a single-coil-like presence that makes it cuts more than, say, an AT-1 or a Tone Zone

Cons:
-It's really thick in the low mids. If you have another guitarist in the mix, you might muddy things up without a low cut

-It's VERY compressed. Even more compressed than the Super 3, which is hotter. If you want PAF-like dynamics, play in parallel or look elsewhere.
