A ride on Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation bus 3713, a Gillig BRT, on route 902 from Fairlane Town Center through eastern Dearborn, during special service to downtown Detroit for the Lions' 2025 playoff game against the Washington Commanders. This was one of the first Gilligs to be wrapped in SMART's new silver livery, and featured a few extra Lions-themed decorations inside for the occasion.
Routes 901-905 are rarely-run express park-and-ride routes between SMART's suburban park-and-ride lots and downtown Detroit, first introduced for the 2024 NFL Draft, and revived for one day only during the Lions' short playoff run in early 2025. SMART plans to run these services for other special events in the future, rumored to include regular-season Lions games starting with the 2025 season.
