Pralines/Pecan Candy
About The Recipe: Great as a confectioner's gift

Ingredients
Salted, Sweet Cream Butter, 1⁄2 Cup (3.95oz, 112g)
Allulose, 1 Cup (6.77oz, 192g)
Lakanto Monk Fruit Blend Sweetener, 1⁄2 Cup (3.39oz, 96g)
Pecans, raw, 3 Cups (10.48oz, 297g)
Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream, 12 Fluid Ounces
Instructions
Combine sweeteners then set aside.
Prep 8x8 square glass pan with parchment
and set aside.
Heat butter in a medium saucepan until it's completely melted then add heavy cream and sweetener. Cook on medium to medium-high heat for 20 minutes while constantly stirring until the mixture turns golden brown.
Finally, stir in pecans and then remove the pot from heat. Pour mixture into the pan and let cool completely. Cut into 16 pieces.
