Little Nightmares is a game I never had much interest in before picking it up for free on Steam. Once I played it, I was thoroughly impressed by nearly every aspect of the game, especially how effective it's atmosphere is. As such, I wanted to dive deeper into this game and, from a game design perspective, uncover just what makes the atmosphere of Little Nightmares so effective.
