Negotiations on the India-UK free trade agreement are currently underway and will continue until the end of this week. Officials from both the countries are meeting in the UK. The talks had been shrouded in uncertainty after media reports emerged last week that India had halted negotiations until the UK took tougher action against pro-Khalistan groups behind an attack on the Indian High Commission in London in March.
