This is a demonstration of all the standard enemy characters being controlled by Player 1. Using alternative methods, you can actually get to select and control all the enemy characters in the game!

I've demonstrated all the standard enemies in this video. You get to control them like a normal character of course, but it is very flawed - you can easily freeze the game with them by doing certain things, and that includes stuff like trying to do running strikes, picking the motorcycle up and attempting follow-up combo after a first hit. Some of them do not even have moves. Some characters even cause extra text to appear on the screen.

The best standard enemy to use is definitely the ice hockey skaters... just continuously dash/run and knock the everyone down over and over again.
