300g chicken
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt
2 - 3 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp all purpose for ( maida )
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
Salt to taste
4 tbsp chilled water
3 - 4 tbsp oil
8 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 small capsicum
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
20 cashew nuts
Spring onion
Sesame seeds for garnish
