Perfect Fudgy Brownie Recipe | Baking Series |
Authentic Brownie Recipe
Ingredients/Recipe:
Grease the mould with oil and butter paper
One cup all purpose flour
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
Mix it well with no lumps.
2 eggs
One cup sugar
Beat for 1&1/2 minutes (don't over beat)
1/2 cup cooking oil
Add flour mixture
1/2 cup melted milk chocolate (I used crave milk chocolate)
One teaspoon vanilla essence
Put batter in the mould and tap tap at least 10-15 times
Bake in pre-heated stove for 30-35 minutes on low flame (similar for oven on 150 degree).
Let it cool down completely & serve.
