We bought a brand new condo in Hua Hin, and it’s so easy when you find the right developer, our condo is at My Style soi 102, and its build by Supsiri.
From we saw the condo, to we got the key, it took 6 days, we paid 50.000 baht in deposit, and transferred the rest within 3 day, biggest job was to get translated everything to Thai, but Khun Air from Supsiri did everything for us, so we didn’t use layers or agents to help us with the buy.
Of course we could rent, but we had come to Hua Hin for 10 years, and we knew this was the place for us, and we would have a home, where we could have our own stuff.
We paid 2.4 mill Thai Baht for the condo, so now we are ready to when we retire in 4 year, until then we will spend 2 weeks around new year and 3 weeks in summertimes at our condo.
