This video is my vlog of the armagh 5k in northern Ireland. This is commonly called the fastest road 5k in the world by depth, with often hundreds of competitors going sub 15 and the leaders running in the 13:30s (you need to be a sub 16 min runner just to enter!). After picking up a calf strain/tear at the beginning of January, I came into this race off of pretty much 0 training & fitness.
