My friends wanted to see me build a house, so I did such. Thought I'd put my thought process that I go through when building a house in The Sims, so disable annotations if ye dun wanna see that.
I also wanted to try my hand at video editing and what-not. Ended up recording it poorly and saved it on a lower setting then normal, oh well, its watchable.
Majority of mods were obtained from http://www.modthesims.info/
A lot of the colors and extras were from a fan made Modern Stuff pack, which I cannot find anywhere anymore. The teaser for it is on YouTube if you look for it.
