There was early celebration in Kyaddondo East as supporters of Robert Kyagulanyi, predicting a landslide victory broke out into victory dance and merry making. Kyagulanyi, standing as an independent, won the much heated Kyaddondo East vote with 25,656 votes over his closest opponent Sitenda Sebalu who came in at 4,566 votes. Here’s some of that from the polls last night.
