Dave and Rachel started their own farm to live on and off of four years ago, and their journey and reason behind it is so touching. It was such a joy to meet them and learn about their story. As backpackers traveling Sydney Australia on a working holiday visa, we got to learn about how permaculture can be achieved in this area.
Their Airbnb sits in Hazelbrook near the Blue Mountains in New South Wales Australia. When you stay with them, you get a tour of their farm where you can meet their Alpaca Harry, goats, chickens, and learn about what they are growing!
