Описание: Former North West Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions, Sello Maema, has accused then KZN counterpart -Shamila Batohi - of failing to act against allegations of systemic criminality and extrajudicial killings by the Cato Manor police unit.
The inquiry is looking into suspended South Gauteng prosecutions boss Andrew Chauke's fitness to hold office.
He's accused of acting outside his jurisdiction, among other things.
