Описание: At Avor we use the AWETA avocado sorting machine. This machine sorts fruit (in this case: avocados usually after-ripening). The sorting is based on the pressure of the avocado, but also the internal quality and colour.

The avocados will be sorted, according to pressure, into groups: Ready to Eat, Triggered and Hard. Avocados that has bad interior or exterior quality will be sorted into separate groups. With this machine, we save a lot of time and damaging.

EXTERNAL QUALITY
The Avocado Twin Vision HS creates a full 3D representation of your avocado. It works with a variety of user defined quality sorting parameters allowing each and every product passing the cameras to fit into a category. The Twin Vision HS allows you to optimize batch quality and to add value by satisfying the needs of different markets. The Twin Vision HS can detect:
On-skin defects: mechanical damage (light scars, limb rub etc)
Through-skin defects: rot, sunburn, stem-end-rot and cracks
Shape, size and color measurements

INTERNAL QUALITY
The Avocado Inscan non-destructively measures the internal quality of your avocado and provides a perfect product to your customers. The Inscan allows you to:
Remove the vascular browning, or any internal decay from your batch
Determine the dry matter and oil contents for optimum taste
Evaluate the maturity and firmness of the avocado
