Make one big pot of saucy PC® World of Flavours French Style Braising Beef Short Ribs, shred the meat off the bones and turn them into these three extremely cozy meals that give your leftovers new life.

1. Short Rib Pasta
In a pot, toss shredded ribs with 1 1/3 cups braising liquid. Cook 3 1/3 cups pasta, such as PC® Rigatoni, and reserve 1 cup pasta water. Add cooked, drained pasta to pot with ribs, tossing to coat, adding pasta water a little at a time, as needed, to bring the sauce together. Stir in 2 tbsp unsalted butter, tossing until pasta is coated and glossy. Wilt in a handful or two of arugula and garnish with chopped parsley and plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
2. Short Rib Sandwich
Toss braised, shredded ribs with a bit of braising liquid. Lightly toast four PC® Brioche Buns. Spread each bun with PC® Horseradish Sandwich Spread. Divide the meat between buns. Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet and top each with grated Gruyère cheese. Toast in oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top with coleslaw and serve.
3. Short Rib Tacos
Stir shredded ribs with a bit of PC® Salsa Verde. Pile meat into warm corn tortillas and top with cilantro, pickled onions and crumbled queso fresco or cotija cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
