Competitive badminton requires a high level of conditioning. You may do this on and off the court.
Here's an example of an on-court physical training. A high intensity throwback drill from one of my players during my Denmark days. This is really challenging but rewarding if done in the right way. I hope you get inspired after watching this.
In the meantime, while I still don't want to go to badminton courts or just go out much cos of this pandemic, I will upload throwback videos for those who want to see on-court action. But I'll still be doing home training so watch out for more :)
