This Nuclear Mage build is a massive burst damage mage build in No Rest For The Wicked. This build is a pure intellect build using a wand called Flame Becomes Us. This build does the highest single instance of damage of any build I've seen so far in The Breach utilizing a rune attack called Converging Flames.
