The AP2, AP3, and AP4 Monochrome Digital Address Printers combine user-friendly features in a rugged, compact machine. Using thermal inkjet technology, they can print up to 26,000 #10 envelopes an hour, with variable print resolutions up to 600 dpi, and the ability to print on a variety of coated and uncoated paper stocks.
Its 4.5” color touchscreen features an adjustable backlight, and allows users full control of its functions, including the ability to store and recall common print jobs, up to 16GB. The feeders can hold up to 500 #10 envelopes at a time, and can handle materials up to 1/2” thick.
Additional user-friendly features include on-screen ink monitoring for both % used and approximate pieces remaining; USB 3.0/LAN/WiFi connectivity; the ability to print any TrueType font; spot color capability; batch/job/lifetime counters; and the capacity to print on UV paper stocks. Options include a conveyor stacker for easy handling after printing, and an infrared dryer.
