My Van Is Broken - A Trip Ending Disaster?

Описание: Well, that's happened, isn't it? The one thing you hope won't happen on a trip like this. Just after crossing the Arctic Circle, I filled up with diesel and spotted a leak from the fuel tank. Not just a drip, either. It was a proper leak, coming from a spot that had clearly rubbed through over time.

For a minute, I thought that might be it. Trip cut short. But it was a Sunday, I was in the middle of nowhere, so what can you do? You can sit and cry, or you can start using the diesel before it all pours onto the road. So, I decided to drive.

And you know what? It turned into one of the most memorable days. Life sends you these little curveballs, and it's all about how you get over them. Pushing on led me to a walk through the beautiful 19th-century Sjøgata street, a truly unbelievable, heart-pounding encounter with a wild moose (I still can't believe I got that close!), and a drive through the Lærdal Tunnel – the longest road tunnel in the world, which was far more exciting than I expected!

It's a journey of real highs and lows.
