Took on Flame Core with a couple route changes on hard mode. In the beginning before jumping off the first wall running section, I collect the capsule first this time. This makes backtracking to the rainbow ring easier and less time consuming. Backtracking is required in this mode as the rainbow ring will launch you into a series of springs straight onto the high cliff with iblis grunts. On normal mode, it was just a wall jumping section so you were able to fall off and bounce to the lower platforms.
After climbing the Lava fall, there is an iblis worm hidden behind the 2 iblis grunts on the second fixed platform. If you hover your slide attack over his dust cloud after destroying the exploding box, you can take him out before he pops out of the ground.
