1. THE COVER PAGE: this is very important as this shows that the land title is a Ugandan one usually bearing the words Certificate or title and the rest / this is usually the blue page of duplicate certificate of title. The duplicate title is what you usually get from the land office
2. OWNERSHIP PAGE: this describes the name of the owner of the land , and all if his relevant details such as the national ID number , email address , phone number
3. INCUMBRANCE PAGE: this describes what ever legal issue that could be with the land that is stopping it from being a free piece of land. For example : the previous owner could have gotten a loans , a mortgage, or there could be a CAVEAT that someone could have put on you’re land
4. The MAP : the certificate title should have the map of the land , the decimals of the land and all the particulars of how big the land should look
5. The CONDITIONS PAGE : This is mostly available with the new land titles
