Teen Murti Bhawan in New Delhi is a historic 1930s mansion, formerly the British Commander-in-Chief's residence, which served as India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru's home for 16 years until 1964. Teen Murti Memorial: The name derives from the "Three Statues" memorial built in 1922 in front of the building, representing the Indian soldiers from Jodhpur, Hyderabad, and Mysore States who served in World War I.
Attractions: The complex features the renovated Nehru Museum, the modern Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya (Prime Ministers' Museum), archives, and the Nehru Planetarium.
